Discover and eliminate process weaknesses with execution management

With a cooperation agreement, we seal our partnership with Celonis, the market leader in process mining and execution management. This enables us to include the technologies developed by Celonis in our portfolio to help our customers identify and prioritise exactly those processes that are suitable for automation. Process mining acts like an X-ray machine for processes, revealing the current state of the company's operations based on existing company data. Based on these findings, the Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) optimises the process execution in a (partially) automated way. This offers enormous potential to improve the quality of key performance indicators and thus make the management of companies more efficient. Our clients thus gain better insight into how processes develop across the entire company and how they can use these insights to optimise workflows and accelerate digital innovations. By using these technologies, our consultants can help clients save up to 30 per cent in process costs by eliminating bottlenecks and standardising workflows.
